UPI Payment Data

When you make a deposit or withdrawal via UPI, Betbhai9 receives your UPI Virtual Payment Address (VPA) and transaction reference number. Betbhai9 does not store your UPI PIN, bank account password, or full bank account number. Your UPI VPA is retained to process future withdrawals and comply with AML obligations. Payment transaction records are retained for a minimum of 7 years.

KYC Documents

Government-issued ID submitted for KYC (Aadhaar, PAN, or passport) is processed solely for age and identity verification. KYC documents are stored in encrypted form and are accessible only to Betbhai9's compliance team. They are retained for the duration of your account and a minimum of 5 years after account closure, in compliance with applicable AML regulations.

Betbhai9 does not use third-party advertising networks that place tracking cookies for cross-site behavioural advertising.

• Payment processors: Your UPI VPA and transaction details are shared with payment processing partners solely for processing deposits and withdrawals.
• KYC verification providers: Where we use an authorised third-party KYC service, your documents are processed under a data processing agreement consistent with this Policy.
• Legal and regulatory authorities: Betbhai9 will disclose personal data to law enforcement or regulatory bodies where lawfully required.
• Responsible gaming organisations: In certain circumstances such as confirmed self-exclusion, limited account data may be shared with gambling support services to apply protections.
