To register an account and use Betbhai9's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Accounts belonging to players under 18 will be suspended immediately upon discovery and any funds held in those accounts may be forfeited.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other non-natural legal persons may not register accounts.
• You must be accessing Betbhai9's services from a jurisdiction where online betting is not prohibited under applicable law. Online gambling laws vary by state in India. It is your sole responsibility to verify that accessing and using Betbhai9 is lawful in your state of residence before registering.
• You must not be a current employee, director, or immediate family member of an employee or director of Betbhai9 or any of its affiliates.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from Betbhai9 or have had an account terminated for Terms violations.

One Account Per Person

Each player may hold one active Betbhai9 account only. Maintaining multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held in duplicate accounts.

Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your real name, date of birth, and contact details. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

KYC Verification

Betbhai9 requires KYC identity verification before processing withdrawals. KYC requires a government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN card, or passport) and may require proof of address. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC is complete, regardless of account balance.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Betbhai9 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact [email protected] immediately.

Betbhai9 accepts deposits via UPI, PhonePe, Paytm, and Net Banking. All payment methods must be in the name of the registered account holder — third-party deposits are not permitted.

Betbhai9 does not accept cash, cryptocurrency, or payment methods not in the registered player's name. Deposits made via prohibited methods will be returned to the originating method. Deposits are credited to your single Betbhai9 balance — not to separate sports or casino wallets.

All withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests made before KYC completion will be queued pending verification. Betbhai9 processes withdrawal requests during business hours — requests submitted outside business hours are processed the next business day.

Betbhai9 reserves the right to request additional verification for any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts significantly in excess of typical account activity, as a standard anti-fraud and AML measure.

Market Settlement

Sports betting markets are settled based on official results declared by the relevant sporting body — BCCI for IPL and domestic cricket, ICC for international cricket fixtures, and the relevant league authority for football markets. Where there is a discrepancy between an unofficial source and the official result, the official result takes precedence.

Void Bets

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned where: a match is abandoned before the minimum overs or minutes required for an official result; a market is suspended due to a technical error at incorrect odds; or where applicable market rules do not specify treatment of a pre-match team or player withdrawal.

In-Play (Live) Betting

In-play bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Bets placed during a brief feed delay are accepted at the confirmation-time odds, not subsequently updated odds. Betbhai9 reserves the right to void in-play bets where evidence indicates the bet was placed with prior knowledge of a scoreline change not yet reflected in odds.

Exchange Betting

Betbhai9 operates an exchange model on certain markets, matching players' opposing positions. Exchange bets are matched against other players, not Betbhai9's own book. Commission on net exchange winnings is stated on the relevant market page. Exchange positions may be traded out during live markets where liquidity permits.

Game Settlement

Casino game outcomes are settled per the specific rules displayed within each game. In any dispute, the server-side record of the game outcome is the definitive record for settlement purposes.

RNG Certification

RNG casino games on Betbhai9 use certified random number generation software, ensuring that game outcomes are statistically random and not predictable or manipulable by either party.

Live Dealer Games

Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the physical result of the card deal or wheel spin as captured by the studio camera. In the event of a technical stream failure, outcomes are settled from the studio's server-side record where available. If the outcome cannot be determined, the affected bet is voided and the stake returned.

Disconnections

Betbhai9 is not responsible for losses incurred from player-side internet disconnections during a game session. A bet placed and confirmed before disconnection stands and is settled from the game server record. Players experiencing disconnections should reconnect and check their bet history.

All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotional offer, including minimum odds requirements, wagering requirements, and expiry dates.

• One bonus per player per promotion — bonus abuse through multiple accounts or coordinated play is prohibited and will result in account suspension and bonus forfeiture.
• Promotional credits are non-withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement is met — only cash winnings derived from meeting the wagering requirement are withdrawable.
• Betbhai9 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.
• Betbhai9 may void bonus awards and associated winnings where evidence of bonus abuse, including use of multiple accounts, is identified.

Betbhai9 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, with or without prior notice, for: breach of these Terms; provision of false information; evidence of fraudulent activity or bonus abuse; account belonging to a player under 18; player request for self-exclusion; or regulatory or law enforcement requirement.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the account balance will be preserved during the investigation period. Where an account is terminated for player misconduct involving fraud or bonus abuse, Betbhai9 may forfeit the account balance. Balances are not forfeited where account termination is for reasons unrelated to player misconduct.

By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you are gambling with funds you can afford to lose and that you are aware of the house edge applicable to casino games and the variable-odds nature of sports betting.

Betbhai9 reserves the right to proactively apply responsible gaming tools — including deposit limits or temporary suspension — to accounts showing behavioural indicators of problem gambling.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes not resolved through Betbhai9's internal process are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered account holders via their registered email address or via a login notification no less than 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of Betbhai9's platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
